Terms and Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the event registration services provided by Arsh Educational Development Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand Grassroots Global Early Years (“the Organiser”), for Grassroots Global’s Mega Event (“the Event”) held in Patna.
By completing your registration and purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 Eligibility
The Event is open to individuals as described in the event listing. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children accompanying them are suitable for the Event environment. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual whose presence is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
There are no age restrictions for attendees unless specifically stated in the Event description.
2.2 Registration
Registration is complete only upon successful payment confirmation.
Each registration is linked to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure accuracy — the Organiser is not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect contact details.
One ticket corresponds to one individual’s entry unless otherwise stated.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.
2.3 Purchasing a Ticket
Ticket purchases are made through our authorised third-party payment gateway.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of registration. Partial payments or reservations without payment are not accepted.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify ticket pricing prior to purchase. Once a ticket is purchased, the price is locked in for that transaction.
2.4 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through our payment gateway:
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and others)
Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
Net banking
All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment gateway. The Organiser does not store any card or banking credentials.
2.5 Limitation of Liability
The Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from attendance at or inability to attend the Event.
The Organiser’s total liability to any attendee shall not exceed the ticket price paid by that attendee.
The Organiser is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings at the Event venue.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of children in their care during the Event.
2.6 Event Changes and Disclaimers
The Organiser reserves the right to alter the Event programme, schedule, venue, performers, or speakers without prior notice.
Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund unless the Event is cancelled in full by the Organiser.
The Organiser makes no guarantees regarding specific activities, performances, or outcomes of the Event.
2.7 Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave in a manner respectful of other attendees, staff, and the venue. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour. No refund will be issued in such cases.
2.8 Photography and Media Consent
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken for promotional and archival purposes. If you object to being photographed, please inform the Organiser’s staff at the venue.
2.9 Modifications to Terms
The Organiser reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the official event page. Continued use of the registration platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
3. Force Majeure
Arsh Educational Development Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand Grassroots Global Early Years, shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations in connection with Grassroots Global’s Mega Event where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
Force Majeure Events include but are not limited to:
Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, cyclones, or severe storms
Epidemic, pandemic, or public health emergency declared by a competent authority
Fire, explosion, or destruction of the venue
Acts of God or acts of government, including curfews, section orders, or prohibitory orders
War, civil unrest, riots, or terrorist activity
Strikes, lockouts, or labour disputes affecting the venue or key service providers
Failure of essential utilities such as electricity or water supply at the venue
Any other event that is unforeseeable, unavoidable, and outside the Organiser’s control
What happens in a Force Majeure situation
If the Event is postponed due to a Force Majeure Event:
All purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. Attendees will be notified of the new date via email as soon as it is confirmed. No refunds will be issued in the case of postponement or rescheduling.
If the Event is cancelled entirely due to a Force Majeure Event:
All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued. The Organiser’s liability shall be strictly limited to making reasonable efforts to notify all registered attendees via email at the earliest possible opportunity. The Organiser shall bear no liability for any travel costs, accommodation expenses, loss of income, or any other direct or consequential losses incurred by the attendee.
If the Force Majeure Event affects only part of the Event:
The Organiser may proceed with the remainder of the programme. No refunds will be issued for affected or cancelled segments.
By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept that ticket sales are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including Force Majeure Events.
The Organiser will resume or reschedule the Event as soon as reasonably practicable once the Force Majeure Event has ceased or been resolved, where feasible.
